Less than one year ago, Davis & Sabini released their first song with Entertainers Plus Records. Production stepped up to the plate for the holidays making “Another Memory (To Last Our Lives)“ a song to love for a short run during the two months of November and December 2014.There was no time to add Davis’ vocals when Jimmy Sabini submitted the mastered song on vocals. It just made it to the music stream for an upcoming quick Holiday season. Be on the look-out for it to make a come-back with the ever-near return of late fall. The song celebrates the start of Thanksgiving to the celebration of a new year.
Spring brought a summery song to their collection, “Can I Get An Answer,” with a new flavor of reggae to their longing love song. YouTube cranked up the views to over 80,000 views between the two channels the company features. One channel is designed for music videos, the other channel boasts their entertainers as well as the music collection. The video itself features the voice of April Kelly, an entertainer on board with Entertainers Plus. The music video features Kelly performing and involved in a romance.
Davis & Sabini put together another song with vocals for another duet couple on board the team, but somehow things changed. They rewrote an original instrumental version of the song and decided they would do the revised song together. Keeping the instrumental version for it’s own release, together they came up with the vocals version of ”Cruisin’" as well as appearing in their own music video. Both songs can be found on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Ddigital-music&field-keywords=Davis+%26+Sabini and iTunes as well as CD Baby. The bio on iTunes is currently wrong but both sites only show the three songs. Their holiday and Christmas song is also on Amazon listing Jimmy Sabini as the artist.
Entertainers Plus Records started their label and first album only just last summer with Jersey Shore Star Bruce Stephen Foster. They featured one song, AVRA, with an intriguing music video that took months to complete. It can be found all over the YouTube web in many versions with subtitles in almost every major language. One other Foster song was featured in an impromptu video from on-location clips.
Three more songwriters from NJ also joined in with their own albums or songs that have been featured with a few more music videos. With the variety of composers, Entertainers Plus Records has been working hard in such a short time. Collections of music can be found by Robert Brescia, Jeff Penque and Richard Stillman in addition to Bruce Stephen Foster and Davis & Sabini.
Producer Susan Davis started the label after realizing that there were not only performers and musicians on the company roster, but composers as well, seemingly hiding their talent she believed deserved attention. The selections put before her showed incredible talent that she was compelled to do something about it. She felt the music should be featured by putting music to film. A life-time lover of photography, film and editing as a hobby as well as a lifetime love of music proved putting both together would help promote their work. With guidance from her husband Ronald Davis, a veteran producer of films and music, she formed Entertainers Plus Records.
Davis & Sabini continue to work on many more musical projects to encompass other vocalists and talent.
