Washington, D.C. – Tulip Gulch Productions’ new haunted attraction Nightmares is now open and ready to give thrill seekers the fright they are looking for this Halloween. Located just outside Washington, D.C. at Prince George’s Stadium, home of the Bowie Baysox, the show is now open weekends in October plus an extended final weekend running Halloween night through Nov. 2. Tulip Gulch’s latest haunt is one of the longest-running attractions in the D.C. area, now in its 12th year at Prince George's Stadium and 27th year in Maryland.
“There is no better place to be scared on Halloween this season,” says Baysox Director of Marketing Brandan Kaiser.
Gates open each night at 6:30 for the show and tours begin at dusk. The haunted house is then open until 11:00 p.m. Parents should be warned, however, that the show is rated PG-13 and parental discretion is advised for young children.
Weather can become unpredictable in late October, but fans attending Nightmares need not worry because the entire haunt is inside and the line forms under cover. Rain won’t be nearly as scary as what is lurking behind the next corner as long as fans dress for the weather while waiting in line.
Tickets for Tulip Gulch’s Nightmares Haunted House are $15 when ordered in advance or $17 when purchased at the box office the night of the show.
