HFT Management, Inc. (trading as Gateway Outdoor Advertising) announces withdrawal of exclusive rights for Convenience TV’s purchase of GOMedia.Hackettstown, N.J., May 2012 – Gateway Outdoor Advertising, an out-of-home media company with transit advertising, billboard and convenience store advertising contracts (GOMedia) throughout North America, wishes to announce that they have withdrawn their exclusive rights given to Convenience TV Inc. (OTC.BB:CRPZ) for the purchase of their GOMedia division.
Gateway had entered into an exclusive agreement with Convenience TV in November 2011 to sell the division and continue to manage the GOMedia business under a management agreement as described in the Convenience TV, Inc. press release of November 2011.
Craig Heard, President of HFT said: “ We are disappointed that Convenience TV was unable to orchestrate the funding for the acquisition in a more timely fashion, as Norman Knowles and the CTV staff would be benefiting from the static c-store display platform of GOMedia to implement digital displays in various outlets. We wish them well in their future endeavors as we execute our own plans for digital display implementation with other interested partners.”
