Figuring out what one wants to do in life can be a very difficult decision. It gets even more complicated when an individual wants to join the Heavy Goods Vehicle driving industry. So, when the choice of career is of such high risk and responsibility-taking, having proper training is crucial. When it comes to the safety of the heavy goods driver as well as the safety of other drivers, taking chances is not an option. HGVT makes sure to transform inexperienced drivers into experienced ones so that they do not become a health hazard on the road. According to the law, HGV drivers should be in their best health when they are working. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the trainers to offer HGV medical tests to these would-be drivers to ensure safety on the road. There are two parts of HGV medical available for trainees. In the first part, the doctor interacts with the candidates and asks them about their past medical history. Candidates are required to be truthful during this process; any false claims might cause serious issues in the future. The second part is a physical examination of not more than 30 minutes.
HGVT provides three types of licences for the individuals taking the HGV Training HGV Training course. These courses are specifically made to ensure success for the individuals taking the training. The courses are made so that they are affordable and easy to follow. The HGV Class 1 and Class 2 licence allows drivers to drive commercial vehicles, which opens up the gates for over ten thousand job opportunities all over the UK. People interested in the courses will receive continuous guidance and support from HGVT so that they can succeed in their careers.
There are four types of HGV professional training courses. There are two entry-level novice courses, namely HGV CAT C/ Class 2 and HGV CAT C1. There are also two other courses: one is for advanced level HGV CAT C+E/ Class 1, and the other is for fastest completion called Back to Back. Both of these courses are the highest-paying jobs that many trainees might want to pursue.
A spokesperson for HGVT stated, "We want all our clients to have successful careers in this line of work. Our team takes the job very seriously as they understand that the safety of a lot of people is involved when it comes to this job. So a lot of hard work and sincerity is involved when it comes to training a HGV driver."
The team working with HGVT is very easy going and cooperative. Throughout the training process, they will make sure that every candidate gets the best training so that they can get good opportunities later on. The training mainly includes medical, theory, practical, and Driver's CPC.
