The company handles reservations for Fort Myers Beach condo rentals that sit on the beach or a short walk from it. Unit sizes vary, so the lineup works for a couple on a quiet week away as well as for a larger family group. Most condos come with a full kitchen and WiFi, and many buildings have a shared pool and on-site parking. Guests can choose weekly or monthly stays, depending on the property, and some listings allow pets. Condo listings from the company also show the unit's short-term rental registration with the Town of Fort Myers Beach.

"We want the first afternoon of every vacation to feel easy. Guests stop by our beach office and pick up a welcome package with their keys and access codes, along with the house rules and WiFi details. From there, they can drive straight to their building and start unpacking. Check-in begins at 3 p.m., and our team is right here on the island if anyone needs directions or has a question about their unit," said a company spokesperson.

Local residents voted the company a Best of Fort Myers Beach winner in the vacation rental category more than once. Its staff members know the buildings on the island well, which helps first-time visitors decide where to stay. A family that wants a calmer stretch of sand may prefer a condo toward the south end, near Lovers Key State Park. Travelers who plan to walk to restaurants and shops often pick a unit closer to Times Square at the north end. The company inspects its condos before guests arrive, so each unit is clean and ready at check-in.
