Mike’s Cigars has organized a sweepstakes event in association with CAO cigars where the winner will get to see its cigar making procedure and the green tobacco farms that produce some of the best cigars in the world. The contest began in January 2015 and lasts till February 28, 2015. All the entries are eligible for a lucky draw that will be made on March 13, 2015 by a neutral administrator. Winners will be notified personally through e-mail or phone by March 18, 2015. The trip is scheduled for September 2015 as of now; however, changes may occur if the sponsor deems it fit.
According to a spokesperson for Mike’s Cigars, “This event is not just a sweepstakes contest, is a once in a lifetime experience. The winner will get to see the CAO factory that produces some of the best cigars of the world, as well as the tobacco farm from where the leaves for those cigars are procured.”
The prize for the sweepstakes is a 4 days and 3 nights trip to Nicaragua for the winner and a guest. It includes round trip airfares for them
from the airport closest to the winner’s home, hotel accommodation for two people for three nights, road travel between hotel, airport, and scheduled locations, and meals. All the decisions regarding choice of airport, mode of road transport, and meals will be made by the sponsors.
The spokesperson further says, “We are organizing this event to give a chance to visit the legendary cigar factory. One doesn’t have to buy anything to participate, they can participate by sending in their name and details to us. However, everyone who buys designated CAO cigars either from the website or the retail shop will automatically be registered for the contest.”
There are certain official rules for participation. For instance, one has to be over 21 years of age and a legal resident of the USA.
