Every order is printed to the customer's own artwork, so nothing sits as stock. Material options include paper stocks, matte and gloss laminates, and synthetic stocks for products that require moisture or refrigeration. Customers set sizes and quantities at the point of ordering, and a run of fifty is handled the same way as a run of five thousand. Businesses that need to print stickers in Sydney can get a quote, upload a file and approve a proof in one sitting. Personalised labels are dispatched in three to five business days.

"Most of our customers already know what they want, and they would rather get it ordered than sit through a long back and forth about it," a company spokesperson said. "The site lets them load their own file, look at a proof and sign it off in a few minutes. Because we print to order, a brand can run a small batch for a trial product and come back for a much larger quantity once it sells. That suits smaller producers in Sydney, and it is the part of the service people mention most often."

The platform covers product labels for jars, bottles, tubs, pouches and cartons. Material guides and artwork specifications are published on the site, so a customer can compare finishes before committing to a run. Printing is done in Australia, which keeps checks close to the press and delivery times short. FSC-certified paper stock is available for brands that want a recyclable option.
