Drink bottles have their own label ranges on the site. A personalised alcohol bottle label is often ordered for a wedding or a milestone birthday, and the same service suits small Sydney distillers preparing limited releases of gin and whisky. The customer picks a shape and size to fit the bottle, then chooses between paper and synthetic stock. A synthetic silver stock is also available for spirit labels that need a metallic look. Designs are uploaded as finished files via the online editor on the LabEX website. Personalised labels are dispatched within three to five business days.

A company spokesperson said the roll format works well for both kinds of order. "Every label we print arrives on a roll, and that helps when someone is putting labels on a hundred bottles by hand before a wedding," the spokesperson said. "Distilleries with a labelling machine use the same rolls, so a gift order and a production run go through one process. Our label templates are on the website too, which lets a designer set the artwork up at the right size from the start. It is good to see very different customers get the labels they want from one place."

LabEX is based at 3/2 Burrows Rd South, St Peters, NSW 2044. They print every job to order, and no labels are held in stock. Shipping is included at no extra cost. If you're unsure about materials, you can order a label sample kit before placing a larger order, since the kit includes the full range of labels and finishes. The company also offers a price-beat guarantee on like-for-like labels, with the conditions set out on its website.
